All of our artwork is personalized with a couple’s names or initials, making each piece unique and special.
When it comes to our signature trees, the trees are real, but the carvings are an effect.
Please note, due to our customization process, there may be slight variations in appearance with each custom piece.
Our artwork is printed on high-quality matte photo paper (it has a similar thickness and feel to poster board) with a small (roughly 1/4″) border around the edges for framing.
Prints are shipped rolled in a tube.
Our framed prints are framed in-house by us. We use a basic, but good quality frame. The image fills the entire frame (no matting).
Frames are shipped fully assembled and ready to hang.
Give a Couple Tree or personalized artwork whenever you feel like it! But we think our Couple Trees make exceptionally good gifts for weddings, anniversaries, engagements, and other special relationship milestones.
It should be. Our tree designs are based on actual copyrighted photographs, making them exclusive to Couple Trees. All other artwork is also our own designs, so we do hold the copyright. If you see our designs elsewhere (other than our own Etsy Store), please do let us know!
Our tree images are mostly real.
Our Paris Tree was taken in Paris, France, and is an actual photograph.
Our Desert Tree was taken in Red Rock Canyon (Las Vegas, NV) and is an actual photograph.
Our B&W, Sunset, and Autumn Forest Trees are all the same tree. The picture of the tree was taken in Zürich, Switzerland. The sunset lake from our Sunset Tree comes from a photograph taken in La Manga, Spain that has been altered into a reflection. The Autumn Forest is from a separate photograph taken in Zürich, Switzerland.
For every print purchase, we donate $3.50 to our ‘Plant a Forest’ collection. This collection is donated when we reach $200 (we kick in the extra $10), or enough to plant an entire forest of trees. Print sales DO NOT include a certificate.
For every framed print purchase, we donate $20 to plant 10 trees. Your recipients will receive a personalized celebration certificate with framed prints.
All our trees are planted through the Arbor Day Foundation.
